"The Pound House" has been sympathetically restored and expanded with the less able bodied in mind. The ground floor offers two accessible bedrooms together with an en suite wheel in shower. Keeping with the character of the property the proprietors have been careful not to adopt a clinical edge to either room.  These beautifully decorated bedrooms have wooden floors and stunning views  from the large window area. Both rooms are adjacent to each other allowing easy communication between rooms and there is plenty of room to maneuver a wheelchair. Double opening doors from the larger of the two rooms gives  access around the property. Ground floor access is excellent throughout with no steps to public rooms and level access from the front door. Outside you will find plenty of parking space with a compacted stone surface.

GROUND FLOOR TOILET/SHOWER ROOM

There is plenty of room in the ground floor en suite shower room. For privacy, the shower room door can be closed and still give plenty of manoeuvring room for a wheelchair. A grab rail is also  located on the left side of the toilet and there is plenty of room for  someone in a shower chair to fit their knees under the hand basin. A shaving socket is also within easy reach.
